Wonder Matcha Latte

This is our flagship recipe! This is the one our team has on the daily to make their morning wonderful, productive, and stress free (or as much as possible :) 

Have this as a coffee-replacement, or instead of your second brew. 

🍄 Start with 2-3 oz of room temperature / cool water in a glass

🍄 Optionally, add 1-2 tsp of honey or maple syrup

🍄 Add 2 tsp of Wonder Matcha, and blend/whisk together

🍄 Fill mug or glass with milk / plant milk (hot or iced) and top with the matcha mixture

🍄 Stir and enjoy!

Wonder Tea

Just like the Wonder Latte, but using water instead of milk. You can always top this with milk at the end for a little creamy addition.

Have this as a coffee-replacement, or instead of your second brew. 

🍄 Start with 2-3 oz of room tempurature water in a glass

🍄 Optionally, add 1-2 tsp of honey

🍄 Add 2 tsp of Wonder Matcha, and blend/whisk together

🍄 Fill mug or glass with water (hot or iced) and top with the matcha mixture

🍄 Optionally top off with milk for creaminess (Recommended!)

🍄 Stir and enjoy! 

Wonder Shot

The Wonder Shot is an awesome way to have Wonder Matcha alongside your morning coffee or tea. You can also use this to replace your second coffee. 

The Wonder Shot gives you some of the adaptogenic and nootropic benefits while still having your coffee in the morning.

🍄 Start with 4-6oz or hot or cold water (if iced)

🍄 Add 1 tsp of Wonder Matcha

🍄 Optionally, add 0.5-1 tsp of honey

🍄 Blend or whisk until nice and frothy If making it iced, add ice.

🍄 Enjoy! 

Bulletproof Style Butter Tea

This is a personal favorite of our founder, Ezra. This is a bulletproof coffee style Wonder Matcha latte.

Just like the Wonder Latte, you can have this to replace your morning coffee or instead of your second brew.

🍄 Start with 8-12oz or hot water

🍄 Add 2 tsp of Wonder Matcha

🍄 Optionally, add 1-2 tsp of honey

🍄 Add 1 Tbls of grass-fed butter (you can work up to 1 Tbls and start smaller)

🍄 Add 1 Tbls of MCT oil (optional, but recommended)

🍄 Blend or whisk until nice and frothy 

🍄 Enjoy! 

Smoothies and Bowls

You can add Wonder Matcha to any of your favorite smoothie or bowl (acai or otherwise) recipes.

Here's a simple one we love:

🍄 In a blender, add 1/2 cup of organic frozen berries

🍄 Add 1/3 cup of plant milk

🍄 Add 1/2 to 1 date

🍄 Add 1-2 tsp Wonder Matcha

🍄 Optionally, add a nut butter like peanut butter or almond butter

🍄 Blend to your desired texture!

Dirty Matcha

We LOVE a Dirty Matcha! Combining two of our favorite things: Wonder Matcha and coffee.

🍄 Brew 6oz of coffee or a double shot of espresso

🍄 Heat 4oz of milk or plant milk

🍄 Whisk 2oz of water with 1 tsp of Wonder Matcha

🍄 Pour the milk, coffee, and matcha into a mug.
🍄 Mix or whisk together and serve. 

Banana Matcha Smoothie

We love a dessert smoothie. This is a nice pick me up after lunch and feels like a treat.

🍌 1/3 to 1/2 banana (or frozen banana is even better)

🍌 1/2 cup of milk or plant milk

🍌 1tsp of Wonder Matcha

🍌 1 tbls of peanut or almond butter

🍌 1/2 of a date (optional for extra sweetness)

🍌 1 tbls of raw cocoa nibs (optional)

🍌 1/2 cup of ice 

🍌 Add all ingredients to a blender, blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
