HOW DO I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Simply visit https://getpow.co/my-login.
Enter your email or phone number to get a log in code. Enter the code you receive and you'll be logged in!
From there you can adjust your subscription, skip the month, swap products, update payment and much more.
If you have any issues just email us (hello@getpow.co) and we can get you squared away!
HOW DO I LOG IN TO SEE MY LOYALTY REWARDS?
Logging in should be relatively simple, but we'll be honest it's not as easy as it should be! We're working on it.
If you have issues logging in to use your points, try this:
From this page click on the floating button "Open Pow Rewards" on the bottom left.
Once that's open click "Join now" or "Sign in".
You'll be redirected to sign in or create an account. Once you do that they'll take you to your order history.
The navigate back to this page: https://getpow.co/loyalty.
Click the floating button again and you should be logged in and be able to refer friends, see your points, and use any points you've earned.

Once logged in, find your subscription. Under "Billing" you'll see "Edit".
Click on "Edit" and you can add, remove, and update your existing payment methods.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY DAY OR DELIVERY FREQUENCY?
Start by logging in at https://getpow.co/my-login.
Once logged in, find your subscription and you'll see buttons for "Edit frequency" and "Next order date".
Click either to adjust them. You can also simply skip your next order if that's easier for you!
