We have a 60 day return policy for first time customers (your first order), and we have a 30 day return policy for any subsequent orders. Which means you have 60 (first time customers) or 30 days (return customers) after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@getpow.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
As a small company we are unable to provide return shipping labels or reimbursement on return shipping cost.
First orders: returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We always want our customers to be happy with their order which is why we offer 60 days to initiate a return, refund or exchange.
To qualify for a full refund:
You must send back all items in your order. This includes any promotion items included with your order, like the starter pack.
If your order contains more than one drink item, only one drink item can be returned opened. All others must be returned unopened and in new condition.

We have a 30 day return policy for return customers. Simply contact us within 30 days to initiate a return, refund or exchange.
To qualify for a full refund all items must be returned in unopened, new condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refund limits
We limited returns, refunds, and exchanges to a single order. So, if you've at any point received a refund for any item in the past, you will not be eligible for any return, refund, or exchange again.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
