FAQs

First, thank you for being a subscriber! It means the world.

#1. If you are still within your first 4 orders, you will earn any of your remaining subscription gifts on time (except for the 5th gift). For example, if your next order is order #3, you will get the $10 gift card on your next order.

The 5th month gift will be earned after 5 orders starting from September 4th.

#2. If you are past your first 5 orders you will still earn a FREE product when you reach Silver status after 5 more orders. And then another FREE product after another 5 orders when you reach Gold status :)

Many of you have already received some gifts in your first 5 orders, and due to the program set up we couldn't retroactively everyone in the gifts for the first 5 orders.

Subscription gifts are automatically sent with each order. The gift cards are sent via email!

The free product earned on your 5th order, 10th order, and 20th order are all redeemed through the loyalty program. Just sign in to redeem.

Points: Any one who placed an order within 60 days of September 4th, 2024 will receive points for their orders during that time.

VIP Status: Previous orders are unfortunately not counted towards VIP Status, but you'll earn your status soon as your orders stack up :)
