You can use Wonder Matcha in 100's of ways. Use it just like you'd use matcha. Here's a popular 50/50 latte recipe many Powsters use:

  • Add a heaping teaspoon of Wonder Matcha to 5oz of warm water (170F) and blend together with the Wonder Whisk. Or use cool water for an iced matcha.

  • Pour in 5oz of hot or cool milk. Optionally, add honey or maple syrup if using unsweetened Wonder Matcha. Add ice for an iced matcha latte.

    Stir together.

Wonder Matcha tastes like a warm hug. Wonder Matcha is 80% matcha, so the predominant flavor is of a premium matcha green tea. It's a creamy, umami, and smooth. In the lightly sweetened version, we balance some the natural bitterness in green tea and adaptogens with organic monk fruit and it is impressively well balanced!

Functional mushrooms are mushrooms which are used for therapeutic and preventative medicine, and have been used that way for thousands of years.

Great alternative!

I've been drinking mushroom coffee for about a year and was hesitant to try a different brand. But I loved that POW is a small business, and more affordable. I have not had any difficulty with the switch. Wonder Coffee has a pleasant taste which is very slight, so when using any kind of flavored creamer that is what prevails. It has no residue after mixing and no earthy or sour after taste. I've been making it using almond milk and a splash of oat creamer(Caramel or Cinnamon flavors have paired well) it froths extremely well. I have had a continuous benefit from drinking mushroom coffee over regular, POWs Wonder Coffee has maintained those benefits for me. My energy is longer lasting than with regular coffee, and more stable, no sudden spike or drop off. The physical aspects of my anxiety are not made worse by drinking Wonder Coffee, I do not get shakey or nauseous like I would after a regular cup of coffee. I do feel I focus better, with improved mental clarity, when I have a cup of Wonder Coffee vs nothing. I absolutely would recommend this brand, as they make information about their ingredients(amounts and types) readily available, and the price is more affordable.

So yummy!!

Very gently sweetened, you still get that matcha edge but its smooth and creamy. I don't add anything to it, but have enjoyed it hot and iced, both delicious!
