1 tsp Wonder Matcha
2 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls oats
1/4 cup oat milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
optional: 1 tsp of sweetener of choice (if not using sweetened Wonder Matcha)
How to make:
Add the oat milk and Wonder Matcha to a jar or mug. Whisk together well.
Add the coconut milk, chia seeds, oats, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir together well and let sit for 1 minute.
Stir again and store in the fridge overnight (or at least for 1-2 hours.
You can also add toppings if you'd like. It's great with a little jam or strawberries!
This is one of my all time favorite matcha recipes, and one of the best chia puddings I've ever had.
The coconut milk adds an incredible flavor and creamy texture.
You can also add toppings once it's ready. Some of my favorite toppings:
fresh strawberries or blue berries
any other fresh fruit!
roasted nuts or seeds
If you're using unsweetened matcha you can use maple syrup or honey to add a light sweetness while you're making it or even after it's ready.
