You can use Wonder Matcha in 100's of ways. Use it just like you'd use matcha. Here's a popular 50/50 latte recipe many Powsters use:

Add a heaping teaspoon of Wonder Matcha to 5oz of warm water (170F) and blend together with the Wonder Whisk. Or use cool water for an iced matcha.
Pour in 5oz of hot or cool milk. Optionally, add honey or maple syrup if using unsweetened Wonder Matcha. Add ice for an iced matcha latte.
Stir together.

I started Pow after struggling with health issues my entire life. Asthma, acid-reflux, and eventually even a tumor in my hand. After a doctor recommended I take another medication I knew something had to change. Medication wasn't healing me, just covering over symptoms.

I explored diets, adaptogens, functional mushrooms and much more. Eventually, I created a routine for myself every morning with matcha and adaptogens. I wasn't completely healed, but I felt a difference in how I felt almost immediately. Better mood, sharper focus, and decreasing my dependence on modern medicine.
